"A good all round experience and a great job was done on my steps and deck/porch thanks."

"Great communication and worked hard battling the heat! Deck looks awesome!"

"I am a brand new homeowner who contacted several pros to get a quote on repairing a 15 year old wooden fence that was falling apart. I sent Jason with Overhead Construction a couple pictures of the problem areas and he stopped by the next day to take a look for himself. Following this, he sent me a written estimate with an affordable price on the project. We scheduled the repair and he came out and fixed it up in just a couple of hours, while also doing another add-on project for me. Overhead Construction has great customer service, flexibility to fit your schedule, and competitive pricing. I can’t recommend them enough!"

"Mr. Tanner is fabulous. Thanks for a wonderful job repairing the ceiling. ( Customer Service should be 5 also)"

"Hired a crew to build a new porch (front and back). They were either lazy, ignorant, cheap or all of the above. Anyway, I contacted Motley's the very next day. Billy came out the same day to assess the problem and find a solution. Billy was easy and great to work with. Communication was clear and the job was finished correctly and quickly. The job was small, but I was still impressed. This all took place the same week of Thanksgiving. The professionalism and the urgency of finishing someone else's botched work. Billy came back the next day, after evaluating what was needed to fix and complete the job, The job was done quickly and for a good price. This business is small, but dependable. Thank you, Billy"

"fast response and repairs completed"

"I have never seen such outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail on a deck in my life. The quality of the deck was exceeded expectations. Mr. Phillips was easy to communicate with and took the time to listen to give me exactly what I wanted. I have a sturdy quality product that's going to last a long time. I also like that it's a family owned business and he does all of his own work. I will definitely be using him again as well as recommending him to anyone that need any work done to their home."

"Owner/crew chief Sirio is very easy to work with and kind. His crew are all nice people and hard workers. They did quality work on repairing and painting my deck, stairs and a few other odds and ends around the house.. I will use them again."

"We had Palmetto Renovations renovate or kitchen and it came out beautifully! Their 3D rendering services are great as they help to visualize the project and determine finishes. Needless to say, we have bathrooms we need updated and we will be hiring them in the coming months - project planning is already underway. As a bonus: this group takes communication serious and we never went a day with wondering what all got done or what was coming next. Give these guys a try and be amazed!"
