After dealing with the other company for days with no resolve I reached back out to Hall's. He was so upset that his recommendation did not take care of my needs that he was at my home before I knew it. He fixed everything in 45 minutes that the other company could not then did not charge me due to the delay I had. Not only was he extremely courteous he was skilled in the repair. "the driveway looks nice, but the edge where it meets the street is not filled in properly. As a result, my car scrapes when we pull into the driveway, rendering it basically unusable. I have called, and texted several times, and left a few detailed messages asking them to come and look at it and see if there is something that they can do but they have not returned phone calls. My husband spoke to them once and they asked for photos, which he supplied, but since then they have not responded and it has been a couple of months. Considering that we paid them well over $3K for this work, and their lack of professionalism, I would not recommend them at all."
