"Kevin put together a proposal to install seamless gutters. We have a two story home, so Kevin was more than happy to separate each section/story of the house with the price, and presented different options for screens or toppers. We are surrounded by lots of tall maples, so leaves/seeds are definitely a concern for us, especially on the second story where gutter cleaning is more difficult. In the days following, I spoke with Kevin at length on the phone about the different screen/topper options, and I felt he really wanted to provide the best solution for the lowest cost possible (i.e. I never felt like he was trying to "sell us"). We decided on open gutters for the first story (easier to clean the first story gutters) and LeafX toppers for the second story. We can always add screens or toppers later if we think they are needed.
Install: Kevin scheduled the install date. Installer(s) arrived as agreed and finished the install on time. No construction debris left behind. Rained that night (true story). Nice quality job...gutters and downspouts appear solidly installed and work great. No more water ponding on our flower beds or pouring off the roof at the front door.

"A fine professional crew.. Excellent assessment of what trees pruning..and which ones needed to be removed. Crew was very easy to talk to.. and very knowledgeable about trees .. and much room they need to “breathe “ and grow well. Have had several local companies employed before, but this crew was superior by far. I am a Master Gardener and was on the “landscaping” crew with Habitat for Humanity Saginaw..and helped plant trees with new homeowners for 10+ years."

"I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service I received from SRT Roofs, particularly Steve, who went above and beyond to ensure my roofing project was completed seamlessly. From the initial consultation to project completion, Steve demonstrated unwavering dedication and expertise. His professionalism and knowledge of the roofing industry are truly commendable. What impressed me most was Steve's tireless efforts in working with my insurance company to get my project approved. His persistence and communication skills were instrumental in resolving any issues that arose, making the entire process surprisingly stress-free. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and the crew's cleanliness and efficiency were impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend SRT Roofs and Steve to anyone seeking top-notch roofing services. Thank you, Steve and SRT Roofs, for an exceptional experience!"

"Daylight roofing did an amazing job on my roof. They were respectful and got the job done in a timely matter. They worked early days and long nights to get the job done. Would recommend them to anyone who needs something done. They will work with you for any of your needs! Thank you Alex and crew!"

"Choice is a solid home warranty company. They are very responsive during claims, and they cover a fair amount of issues. As you would suspect, certain exclusions apply, but I feel like you get what you pay for with their pricing model. I pay for convenience because if something happens I can call them and know someone will be out soon to fix the issue."

"Roy and his crew does great work they are very thorough and go over everything from beginning until finished with you they are very meticulous with their work if you see something that you don't like or want changed they have no problem doing that for you I've gotten lots of comments on the great work they've done they not only do great work but are also reasonably priced compared to other quotes I've got any type of work I need done around my house I will only call Roy and his crew because I know the job will get done with no problems and will be above your expectations Brian"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"He did the job quickly and for a good price. We are not happy with the seam on the aluminum clad garage top and would have preferred a continuous piece installed. We requested the old siding remain on site to patch remaining faded siding but it was bent and unusable."
