"Overall it was a very smooth process and we ended up with a fence we are very happy with. I had a little trouble with the sales team. But Dawn on the installs team was really helpful and the installation guys were quick, easy and respectful. After install, we realized they missed one cap on a fencepost. I sent a note to Dawn and the repairs team fixed it the next day. It was a bit pricier than we expected based on online research, but not tremendously so. Overall - I recommend them!"

"Everything went great. I'd highly recommend A&M. I reached out to A&M to quote replacement of the section of wire that I had most problems with. He responded quickly with a quote. I normally would have tried to do it myself, but his price was very competitive. After pricing out how much it would be to rent an edger, buy 500 ft of 14 ga professional wire for pet fences and then figuring the hassle, it was a pretty easy decision. I called around to other invisible fence installers and they were multiple times more expensive, even including a ~$200 charge just to come out and check the system (which I didn't need, as I new it was working). I had also tried purchasing and using two pet fence break detectors in the past and had limited luck. I'm hoping that I can now just sell them and use this guy in the future. Curt (of A&M) arranged to have Gopher 1 out there the day before to mark the site- I didn't have to do anything with that. We worked out a time that he could come out to do the work that worked for my schedule. He ended slightly early on his earlier jobs so he texted me that he was able to come out ahead of time. He was also nice enough not to ring the door bell and wake my 5 week old son. He pounded the job out quickly and without any mess- installing the 14 ga wire. He also worked with me for a few special needs I had in running the line- very reasonable guy. He finished by verifying for me that the new line worked. He definitely knew his stuff and seemed to stand behind his work. I'd hire him again- super easy to work with."

"They certainly put in a good fence, and I have a lot of confidence in the quality of the work they did. I was surprised on how much collateral damage there was in the area around where they worked. The guy who came out and did the bid, Derek, he was excellent. They are subject to the weather so the schedule they originally intended was way off, originally should have been 7 weeks and ended up being 10 weeks due to the weather. I will mention what happened here was - the fence was here when we bought the house and we would replace things here and there. The fence is actually owned by the neighbors, but we had been sharing the costs along the common area and each of those had rotted posts. We had been trying to get someone to come out and do a repair was not easy. They did not want to do a replace, and the only way we could get anyone out was to say we are going to replace our fence, if you repair our neighbor's fence. The cost of $4400 was for our fence. We had it bid by a different provider and it was $6000, and that was not even a complete bid. The other provider was just going to shift where the posts would be, and Midwest took out  the footers completely. The quality of the finished product was great. They did what they could given the weather regarding their punctuality. They talked about what area they needed cleared around the fence, but then they needed more area than that to stomp on. We would probably go with another provider based on referral from another person, but we would consider using them again."

Any issues or questions we had were answered quickly and everything coordination of work was effortless - During demolition and install of new fence our retaining wall incurred some slight damage; Talked to Tim about it and immediately he came out to take a look and see what he could do to fix the issue; He had the crew come back to reposition the wall and add mortar back to the joints that were damaged. "Estimator came and described the fence options.  Competitive pricing for privacy fence.  Contractors completed work per schedule.  After fence was put up cracks appeared in multiple locations and bowing of fence walls created gaps in this new privacy fence.  <br /> Owner came over and observed situation in a few days after contact for these issues, said $100 extra for labor to remove bowed fence walls that were creating gaps.  Not sure why they include this option up front or they could have let me know they were giving me a cheaper option up front (not sure why they would even offer) and then let me know this would have been needed anyways for true quality privacy.  Repair work was done promptly.  IMO its a good price, quality experience was a bit meh, but they give 5yr warranty on parts/workmanship so they'll come back and fix it up in a prompt manner either way. <br />"
