"I've hired B.C. Fence before to replace a section of the same cedar privacy fence. This time, another section showed signs of weakening (rotted and wobbly support post), so I decided to replace the entire section instead of doing a patch job. Wayne was my contact this time. He was prompt to the estimate appointment. Like last time, I did have to call and follow up on scheduling. Due to the holidays and weather, the work was delayed by a couple of weeks, but the repair was well done by Eddie and his crew. Unfortunately, the pickets they installed weren't flat topped, so Wayne had to call them back the next day to trim them. I greatly appreciated Wayne's responsiveness.
