"I was able to get the work scheduled quickly. The two workers were right on time. Good communication about what to expect. They did a great job sanding and painting exterior doors and trim. They had to move some items in the garage to get to the door, and put everything back just as it was. They cleaned up everything when finished. "I have to question the integrity of this company. This is the 3rd time we have used Arlinghaus in the past year and I still can not say I am thrilled with them. We used them for an a/c repair last August and they have come to do a furnace checkup and now the a/c check. Two different service techs have looked at our system and their opinions of our system varies 180 degrees. The tech we had today was all doom and gloom. Kept telling me the system was old and in poor condition. The tech that checked our system in the fall told us our system was in good shape. Not sure which tech to believe. Is one of them just trying to make a sale! Is one of them not accurately maintaining our system?? Who knows? Next time we need something I think we need to try a different company. I just don’t feel like the techs are on the up and up."

"Wallace construction came to my door after seeing shingles missing on my roof. Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."

"Mauricio's men did a fine job on the brick, you cannot even tell which was replaced. The cement and deck were well done too. <br /> One issue is very few of them speak English so I had to use hand gestures to communicate with some of them. My Spanish is very limited. <br /> Also be warned that Mauricio does not accept credit cards. I was not told this and it was not in the estimate. On the day I was to pay him I had to come up with $3000.00 in cash. This was not an easy thing to do. <br /> <br />"
