"I know this is a book, but please read before contacting them. I don't consider this project completed but it was the only way that I could write a review. We still have 1 major issue that I can't get them to fix. I was stupid & paid because they said they would be out to fix the encapsulation. Double stupid because I trusted them. 3 months - still not fixed and now we have water in the crawlspace. Phase 1 took 11 days instead of 3 - a lot of crawlspace work (broken water pipe that they did not break.) Phase 2 was and still is a disaster. Scheduled for 13 - took 34 days. New subflooring (2 - 4 ft) was needed on all outside walls, a main beam, jacks.. We still have unlevel floors, we have uneven matching between new and old subfloor (+ other issues). The project manager did fix some of the issues. It took 7 weeks (renters living in the garage, rent free because that was fair), to complete and fix some of the issues. But the wall encapsulation is still laying on the ground - in water."

"Everdry came to my home for a consultation, where we discovered a mold issue. We were informed that they would eradicate it, fix the leakage issue, and waterproof the basement. Upon learning this, we accepted their bid on July 28th. We were originally looking at starting the process in October, but they persuaded us to start on September 17th and offered us a lower price to start the process earlier. I felt like they were being pushy, and I was not prepared for them to start that soon. On the day they showed up, I was going to take some time to clear the area myself, but they were being aggressive and told me that they didn't have time for that. I received a call from Cierra asking if her team had started the project or if I had met Malachi (the supervisor). I had not, but they did start the project. Malachi was supposed to walk me through the process, but he never introduced himself to me. On day two, my home health aid witnessed the workers smoking weed on my property. They also destroyed my lawn and did not dispose of their waste. They didn't let me know that they were leaving for the day or anything. On day three, they claimed that they were wrapping up the project. I finally met Malachi, but he still did not formally walk me through the process. He didn't explain anything to me, but he demanded that I sign their paperwork. I refused because I was not satisfied with the job that was done. I asked to speak to his superiors, and he verbally accosted me. When I checked the work myself, I noticed that the leakage issue was not resolved. I spoke to Ted from Everdry, and he admitted that the work they did was subpar. The following day, I spoke with Ted's superiors, and he also sided with me, but they did not offer a reasonable solution. I felt like I was being discriminated against because of my neighborhood. I also feel like they violated me and my property."

Even though it was a construction zone, we were genuinely amazed at how clean and well-kept everything was every single day. It made a huge difference and showed how much care he put into the project. Before wrapping up, he made sure every last detail was perfect before asking for our final review, and handled anything we asked for. We’re beyond happy with how everything turned out. Remark Construction made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

"1) Liam and his co-worker, Mark, did a great job of replacing the 2 light fixtures. The builder grade light fixtures over the bathtub in the hall bathroom and over the shower in the master bathroom had a spring mechanism to hold them in place that broke in a house that is just 7 yrs. old. They were replaced with light fixtures that are now LED white light. (We were given the choice of yellow or bright, white.) They are flush mounted and the old ones were not completely flush. 2) During the construction of our home, which was completed in March 2012, the siding was placed over the hall bathroom fan vent. Unfortunately, the opening for the vent was never exposed. Additionally, the vent cover was not able to be freed from the siding. So, they were able to cut a hole next to it in the siding, move the 3" pipe, and install the cover. I had already arranged with Liam that we would supply the cover because we wanted to make sure that it had the grating to keep the Starlings out. (They are notorious in this neighborhood for getting into every cavity that they can.) We are very pleased with all of the work that was completed and highly recommend Liam and Mark."

We are a family of five and Mike worked daily, persistently, to get us back into our kitchen.
