"Four men arrived early and went right to work. All insulation was pulled out, bagged and taped and hauled away. They came back for day 2 and spread the plastic, stone, installed new sump pump, dug the pipe line for the french drain, and replaced sod back in the ground over the pipe. They finished midday and cleaned everything up. We were very impressed with their work ethic. Kudos to them!"

"Lou and Bryce showed up at the time that was discussed. Lou was very polite and professional. He gave us his professional opinion as to what was happening. Last year, we were told by another company that our leech lines had collapsed. Since replacing the leech lines was not an option due to county regulations , we could have been looking at replacing the entire septic system. We, also, found out the leech lines were working fine. They pumped both our tanks, dug up and replaced the clogged line, put a riser and lid on the distribution box and refilled the hole. We've lived in our home 3 years and have used 2 other companies when we have had issues. Hopefully, our septic issues have been resolved for a while but if anything new arises, we will be calling Aaron/Andrew's Septic."

"Mike Craw came with someone he was training.  They arrived on time, took up the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and then raised and leveled the toilet.  Our pipes are old so he explained that eventually the pipes would probably have to be replace because of corrosion but that it could wait.  He then cleaned out the main drain from the toilet which greatly improved the flushing capacity.  I would definitely use Craw Plumbing again."

"We have been using Justin Dorsey as a company for our needs for over a year. We have had many concerns and called them for more than 4 separate issues this year. We first needed their services when we had been in our new home for 2 weeks and our water heater quit working. It was late on a Friday and the tech ran into some difficulties with how the plumbing was run by the previous owner. He worked hard and until almost midnight to resolve all the concerns and leave us with hot water. We have always had a prompt same day response to our needs. Our water softener was not functioning and leaking. Michael was the tech who responded and fixed this problem. As he assessed our overall needs in our home, we discussed our drinking water. He was able to install a reverse osmosis drinking water system the same day. Again due to previous plumbing concerns from our home's previous owner, he had some obstacles to overcome. Of no fault of his, he had to return to our home 3 times in 2 weeks to get the system to work properly. He was professional and worked with us to fix the problems. We have always been very pleased with their work and how they go above and beyond to not only please the customer, but do the best job possible. We will continue to use this company and recommend them to those we know in Hendricks County. <br />"

"John and John Associates were referred to us by our home warranty company. Having just purchased the house, we didn't expect to need anything so soon. They came out within the 24 hour required response time. Although, they did show up at the very end of their two-hour arrival window. I expected the "approval" from the warranty company to take a little longer. The plumbers worked with them to speed up the process and get the repairs done. With all of the rain we've had this week, it was imperative they fix the sump pump right away.  <br /> We only had to pay the $100 deductible on our home warranty, so I'm not sure what the total service would have cost. I can't fairly rate J and J pricing based off of that. They were friendly and got the work completed in a timely manner. <br />"
