"Tommy and his crew are wonderful! I have used him on two different occasions for three a combination of three projects. The first occasion was having pavers added to our front porch area. There was huge slab of cement that had to be removed. The pavers came out perfectly. The sand was done with upmost precision and unlike most peoples pavers there is no grass or weeds growing between them. At the same time, we had Wall Landscaping redo the shrubs/plants in front of our house. He tore out all the old ones, came up with a plan/layout and implemented it flawlessly. He even went and picked up a small tree we wanted him to plant. Most recently (this week) - Tommy fixed a drainage issue we had with our downspouts. They were backing up and basically pointing down into the ground next to the house. This was more than likely causing some water in our basement. Even though it was extremely hot out, they arrived early in the morning and finished the job before mid day. Tommy is professional, communicates in a timely manner and does what he says will do. In addition, he charges a fair price. I will definitely use him again in the future!"

"From the moment he came to give us an estimate, Craig and Creative Images were everything we could have hoped for. We'd bought our house in the winter, so we were unaware that the property did not drain properly. It became an immediate issue the following summer with standing water at various spots throughout the yard, so we knew it was going to be an unforeseen project. It's a completely new space, a total 180 from what it was just four months ago. Our dog and the rest of the family can actually use the space now, and while it was expensive, it was money well spent. While his knowledge and ideas were obviously fantastic, the thing that really set Craig and his company apart was their professionalism and how they conducted themselves throughout all phases of the job. Every single member of the team that worked on our job over a two-day period was personable, pleasant and professional from the minute they stepped foot on the property. I asked several different members of the team questions over the course of the two days, and each one knew the answer without having to ask anyone else. Also, we have a six-month-old daughter, and they made it a point to wave and smile at her while she watched from the window. They left our property spotless when they were finished, and even came back after the first rain storm to make sure everything was working properly. I could not possibly give Craig and Creative Images a higher recommendation. We have not only found a landscaping company that we will use for the rest of our time in Totowa - we have found a partner we will use as long as they are in business."
