We were told later they would be delayed until between 5:30-6. Finally at 5:45 we got a call that they weren?t coming at all. This was the worst business to work with. We were in an emergency and would have called other companies if they had been upfront and honest about not being able to arrive for same day treatment. Would never work with them again or recommend."

"We paid thousands of dollars to AJ Perri for a new hot water heater and have had nothing but problems ever since. I?ve made multiple calls, they?ve sent technicians out multiple times, and the issue is never actually fixed. I?ve even had to call NJ Natural Gas more than once because AJ Perri couldn?t resolve their own installation issues. Their so-called ?Exceptional Service Guarantee? is complete bullshit. Right now, I once again have no hot water?which their own website clearly states is considered an emergency with service promised within hours. Instead, I?m being told they have no technicians available and I have to wait until tomorrow. Meanwhile, I?m left worrying about frozen pipes and further damage because of their incompetence. This is hands-down the worst service experience I?ve ever had. Overpriced, unreliable, and zero accountability. If you?re considering AJ Perri, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere."
