The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. "Over the past 5 years, Joseph and Sons completed several projects for us. These projects include demolishing and replacing cement front steps, adding a portico over the front steps and adding a wet laid natural thermal bluestone front walk. Angelo also completed a gravity drainage system from the sump hole in the basement to the storm drain in the street. Our sump pump has not run since then (almost 5 years). Most recently Angelo has put in a storm water drainage system which connects into the town storm drain system to prevent large amounts of ice from forming on our driveway and street. Angelo and his crew have always been careful with our property taking precautions to not damage areas adjacent to where they are working. We have been very pleased with Joseph and Sons each time!"
