"We used AustexSprinklers in 2016 and was satisfied every time they came to our home. Today we requested service for our irrigation sprinkler system which one of the sprinkler head had busted off. I must say that the response from the time that I requested service to the time of the service tech arrival was excellent. Anna the administrator/ scheduler was professional and courteous s she tried to accommodate our request. The service tech (Gilbert) arrived earlier than the schedule appointment, but he called in advance to let us know that he could come approximately 45 minutes early. Gilbert was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered any questions or concerns that we had. "Sean and his two-man crew were awesome. They found the problem and replaced the PVC section that had a crack in it. They checked all the sprinkler heads in the whole yard. Sean even uncovered a sprinkler head that had become overgrown with grass. One of my underground Hose sprinklers was on the surface, so he re-buried it. I will recommend them to everyone. Their arrival was as we agreed upon and they worked very efficiently. Thank you, Sean and crew!"

"George was great. He responded to my Angie request the same day. He came by my house to look at the yard the next day to talk to me about what I wanted and made suggestions. He was prompt with the estimate and we thought it was resonable. We had a delay due to the weather, it rained. But he rescheduled for the next week . The crew showed up on time and finished the job in one day. At the end of the job we asked George if they could move one sprinkler head and they did it super fast. Then George went over the whole system with us and said to call if we have questions. We are very happy with the job and would definitely recommend George and Diamond Irrigation."
