"I was in a rock and a hard place. I live 1700 miles away from my elderly uncle's home in Georgetown, Tx and I needed to find a remediation and re-construnction specialist for my uncles repairs. I hired a different company ( on the advice of my elderly uncle's neighbors in a Dell Webb community) and that contractor tried to extract an exorbitant amount of money for services not completed. My Uncle, was not allowed to leave his skilled nursing facility without the repairs rendered, so I took a leap of faith and contacted Home Advisor. That's when I came in touch with Jammie. She came in, did the estimate, and I will tell you (after 50+ real estate transactions, she was right on the money). Once hired, Skyler came in with his team and conquered the unimaganiable. I could not be more pleased with the end result. I only wish that we have this level of dedication and service where I currently reside (in PA). Sky-Lan puts the "Cowboy " trust on service that I have not experienced in all my years. It stands for something, folks ... You can rely on this team."

He explained why the damage occurred to the existing masonite, and recommended a much better solution that will prevent the problem from recurring. His estimate was very reasonable, and he was able to complete the job in a timely manner which was important to us since we are trying to sell our home. The crew, led by Alex showed up on time and worked throughout the day. They removed the damaged portions of masonite, and replaced them with hardie board pieces in a manner that you can't even see where the joints are. They caulked and painted the areas to match the existing trim. The job was completed on schedule and the house looks better than it has in years. "They completed the 50 foot fence replacement quickly and correctly. They responded to all correspondence. Scheduling was a breeze. The only hiccup in the work was they had trouble getting the spray stain right which was obvious. There was a little resistance to fixing that but re-stained the fence once I mixed the right color for them. I highly recommend them based upon my years of remodeling and difficulty in finding good contractors."
