"Capitol City Wood Works restored and painted our 40-year-old house and covered porch and shed additions. Michael Griffin and his professional roof and wood siding crews delivered 100% on our expectations by implementing affordable and eye-pleasing solutions to address a plague of rotting wood as well as by providing comprehensive caulking and painting of all wooden surfaces to keep such problems in check. Restoration also included installing a new roof on the porch and a new door on the shed. Capitol City Wood Works really cares about what the customer wants. It is very satisfying to see the house look like new again at a reasonable cost, without hassles or disappointments."

"I got several bids for Austin contractors to complete a full exterior remodel on my duplex property including windows, siding, exterior doors, and gutters. I chose PSP because they had a competitive, detailed bid, and was also a locally owned and operated company. Due to supply chain shortages, windows were backordered for several weeks. Whenever the supplier kept pushing back the delivery date, Jen at PSP communicated with me on a daily basis. The work began right at the end of December, and despite the crew taking their holiday breaks (as they should) they were able to finish in a timely manner. Every morning, the siding crew lead, Adrian, discussed with me any unique obstacles they faced, how he could solve them, and how the final end result would look. Miguel and his painting crew were diligent with their cauking and fast with the painting. I will definitely be using them again on my next investment."

"Wow what a beautiful and professionally job well done. They repaired my wood siding and now looks brand new. Working with Mark was a pleasure. Thank you Mark and a big thank also to the carpenters!"

"The job was replacing a bathtub, tiling the walls and floors. I had a rush deadline too. (i.e. My initial call I asked "Is it possible to complete this job within 2 weeks?"). Not only was Sky-Lan able to accommodate, but the price was very reasonable, and the time element didn't seem to factor in at all (I had other higher quotes and my rush status definitely inflated those costs further). Jammie helped me with everything related to scheduling, getting materials and advice on the aesthetics, while Skylur ensured everything was done up to his standards and made sure to follow up with me after the job was done. Very honest and supportive folks with no bs."

"I would highly recommend Over and Above for roofing repair. They were responsive to inquiries, arrived on time and the repair looks great. 5 out of 5 stars!"

"Absolutely a GREAT experience working with Will and team! They did a great job on sheetrock repair and painting! Highly recommend them for ALL projects!"

"We had JASB Roofing & Exterior replace several areas of frieze that were damaged by squirrels, as well as a few shingles that were also damaged. Audie was very responsive, responding within 30 minutes of our online request. He explained why the damage occurred to the existing masonite, and recommended a much better solution that will prevent the problem from recurring. His estimate was very reasonable, and he was able to complete the job in a timely manner which was important to us since we are trying to sell our home. The crew, led by Alex showed up on time and worked throughout the day. They removed the damaged portions of masonite, and replaced them with hardie board pieces in a manner that you can't even see where the joints are. They caulked and painted the areas to match the existing trim. The job was completed on schedule and the house looks better than it has in years. I highly recommend JASB for any roofing, siding or other repairs you have in mind. Thank you, Audie!"

"I had them fix/replace 2nd story trim that came off due to a storm. Timely response on the quote and work. Very good communication. I will definitely contact them first for my next repair."
