The owner, Dan, educated us about the product and what we needed to update on our 30-plus-year-old roof by pointing out nearby examples. The crew was prompt, quick, efficient, courteous and did a great job. We knew some of the decking needed replacing and that was included, but they found sound adjacent pieces that needed replacing and just went ahead and did it. Cittrix staff stopped by the job more than once to check on things. It started to rain at one point and we thought that would slow down the job, but they were done, cleaned up and gone by mid-afternoon. "They do not back their work!! Don’t make the same mistake I did!! 3 years later my ridge cap is coming apart due to the nails being drove in too tight and the won’t fix it. Well the first 2 times I called them they were going to fix it but after 4 weeks with no call back I called a third time and the owners wife was rude and told me it’s not under warranty?! Find a company that backs their work. Read there reviews and BBB complaints."

"Seemed to go well, fast work. Left a fair amount of nails and debris. But had a couple leaks develop at some difficult spots, around chimney, and another intersection of roof and wall. It took a few trips back to get the leaks fixed. They were fixed well however. The guy that came to fix them did a very good job. Seems that the original workers did not have quite enough time and had to rush it. It has a good guarantee etc."
