"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Tear off and replace shingles, 27.5 SQ. They showed up as scheduled, covered up everything to prevent damage, stayed late to finish it all in one day. Did a good job cleaning up after. Put the dish back up right where it was. Looks good to me! Rick, the owner, was here about half the time and was a pleasure to work with. They put on GAF shingles with an optional 50 YR warranty. I also got a rebate from GAF for being a veteran, which more than covered the extra warranty."

"We had a part of our roof which had rotted away. I called them up around March 15th 2012, and since it was a small job they were going to squeeze us in when they had a half day open. Eventually August was when it was repaired. This is ok because other than severly heavy rain, the roof didn't leak. Also our area was hit recently by bad flooding so I know they were busy. But they came out and got the roof replaced in that half day and it looks great!
