I ended up calling the Greenshore office several times and leaving voicemails before anyone got back to me. 
Based on all the stellar reviews and pricing for Greenshore, I would use them again, but they can consider a better setup for folks who call their office directly and ensure they respond to people in a timely manner. I also think Angie's List can do a better job of walking first-timers through the process of purchasing a deal through their website.
