Hired a terrific contractor, David Negrete Jr., a plastering/stucco contractor. I needed to stucco some backyard walls around my pool and another section of my yard where the stucco was breaking up, chipping, and unsightly. David responded almost immediately to my request for desired work and gave a great presentation as to what should be done. "Efrain came several times to the property so we could discuss design aspects. He was so patient with me as well as the changes I made each time before I got a quote and he started work. We had a difficult area to have work done in Venice being in the middle of the block and our back alley too small for a standard construction truck to fit.
