"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

We are a highly reputable family owned fence and outdoor living company specializing in new fences, outdoor living areas, patio covers, pergolas, decks, outdoor kitchens, outdoor fireplaces and fire pits, stonework, stamped concrete, automatic gates, synthetic grass, pool remodeling, staining, and fence repair. "From the start my rep Alex from Texas Backyard Living, was very cordial and patient with me as I was trying to figure out which options we were going to go with without breaking the bank. After obtaining several bids from different companies I settled on them since they seem interested in making this work for me, accommodating changes and updating the bid in a timely manner. Other companies although they came in lower in price, when I requested they include the grade of the wood and posts in the contract they either became less responsive or wanted to change the price (typical bait and switch). Once we signed the contract, they scheduled me immediately within a few days, which was awesome. The crew came in and demoled the old fence in relatively no time. Next you know they had the posts set and off they went. The next they day the crew came back and had the new 7 Foot fence built, amazingly fast. The Forman "Jose", is a master builder and was able to modify the Electric gate rollers to meet the new height as easily as nailing a picket, while other companies made a big deal out of it. When the work was completed the new Cedar fence looked beautiful and sturdy. As the boards dried out in the 100 degree heat, a few picket spilt. Upon calling Alex, he had the crew scheduled within a week to come back and replace the few board. So Overall Great company, Great Sales Guy, and Great crew. Plus we tried the post installation warranty and they made good on it without any effort! Thanks guys for super job well done!"

With routine maintenance, a new residential asphalt driveway can last 15 to 20 years. In regions with heavy rain or freeze-thaw cycles, plan on extra maintenance to hit the upper end of that range. Concrete surfaces last even longer, from 20 to 25 years. Regular sealing and quick crack repairs go a long way toward preserving both materials.
You can pour new concrete over an existing driveway as long as the base slab is solid. Pros often place a three- to four-inch overlay to create a strong bond. If the old concrete is cracked or spalling badly, it’s wiser to remove it and start fresh to ensure durability.
Keep the surface in top shape by sealing it on schedule and tackling damage right away. Roll on a quality seal coat every three years for asphalt, and reseal concrete as needed while patching any flaws you spot. Staying ahead of small issues prevents bigger, pricier repairs and keeps your driveway looking sharp.
