"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"Structured Foundation was a joy to work with throughout our foundation lift process! The company contact was professional, timely, and efficient. On the day of our foundation lift and additional pier/pylon installation, the engineering/construction team were also efficient, professional, and did a great job! We had quite a few large holes that needed to be dug, and the team returned each to a before dig state, prior to leaving. In the post procedure follow-up foundation survey conducted, our foundation leveling was positioned perfectly to prevent any future issues. Select Landscaping is proud to provide full service landscape & drainage installation with experience in North Texas since 2014. We treat every project as if it was our own with the standard that we would be able to showcase and enjoy with friends and family for years to come.
"I contracted Select Landscaping to sod my backyard as well as do some stone work (stone edging around flower bed and tree ring). Everything was transparent and went well. The owner, Derek, is friendly and courteous. The day of the work went well. His crew did a great job on the sod install. The flower bed and tree ring looked great. However, I had noticed that the tree ring and flower bed edging were missing those drainage holes that should be drilled into them and lined with PVC piping to allow proper drainage. When I mentioned it to Derek he was apologetic and said he would fix it. We were also discussing how the sprinkler system should be modified to change the spread of the sprinkler heads to better cover the yard. He mentioned that they also do sprinkler servicing. I agreed to the price he said would do that job for and we agreed he could come out to handle the sprinkler and then fix the drainage on stone edging at the same time sometime in the future since this was getting to be very late in the day. I will explained that I was going to be out of town for a week or so and we could schedule it for when I got back. After I returned from the trip I reached out and we scheduled a time to do the sprinklers. However storms ended up coming in and preventing it from happening. We then communicated several more times and he would give vague timeframes like “late next week” as a possibility. However every time it got closer to “late next week” something would usually come up like bad weather and he would ask to delay it again. Now the last 2-3 times I’ve contacted him he would give a more specific date and then not contact me again as the date got closer. One of those times he mentioned having a family issue arise and he was unable to do it as a result (to which I was sympathetic and fine with). However, we scheduled again since then and he once again did not show up. And when followed up via text he doesn’t respond. I have 6 texts over 4 days and none have been answered. 2 were direct responses to a question he asked, then one was to confirm that he was coming later that day. Then another asking if the day after since he never showed. Then another 2 just asking what happened and when we can reschedule. One thing to note is that I get “read” receipts on my messages and it shows that they have been read. At any rate. The initial install was great, albeit missing drainage on the flower bed and tree ring. But the follow up has been pretty bad."
