"Jesse did some brick sealing work for me a few years ago and he was the first person I called to look at replacing some siding and window trim on my house. He came to look at the scope of the work I wanted done and quoted me a very fair price. He indicated he could begin in about 2 weeks and that worked well for my schedule. Over 2 days, he removed rotted window trim and a section of siding on my house and replaced it with new siding and trim, custom cut on site to fit the area. He also did some wood trim work repair in another spot and replaced two more trim boards on two separate windows at the front of my home. Finally, he installed a couple of rain gutter valley splash guards for me. He did excellent work and I will call on him again for future projects that I have."

"Paul completed an entire reconstruction of our kitchen with custom cabinets, including wall removal and beam installation. We trusted him with our design, plumbing and electrical issues and he did an excellent job. Not only is he a master at his craft, he construes complete professionalism at all times. The thing that I appreciated most about Paul, was that he showed up. Every single day he was the first one here and the last to leave, along with his son, Justin. Not many general contractors hold themselves to that caliber. If we had any questions, concerns, or changes, they were addressed immediately and efficiently. He helped us think outside the box and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He talked me off many a ledge and even helped me with paint colors. Not necessarily the cheapest guy on the block, but they did a absolute fantastic job. replace most of our rotten trim with Hardy board so it wouldn’t go bad again use high-quality caulking and painted the house at full strength of Sherwin-Williams best paint, Emerald rain refresh. Did a good job cleaning up after the job was completed I would highly recommend them. Also received a five-year warranty from Phillips painting in a limited lifetime warranty from Sherwin-Williams. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I started this process by getting 4 bids from reputable companies. One of the things you should be aware of is that some out there will try to take a lot of your time with demonstrations/high pressure sales. The price will be crazy and you will wonder why. It's simple...the big guys have to pay for overhead and all the salesmen that come to your home. Affordable Siding and Windows is a small company and has an advantage in having an owner in Jesse Elizondo, who also leads the crew that will be installing your windows. His bid was the best value based on the quality and scope of work. His crew removed and installed our blinds. No other company offered to do this. It eliminated another hassle and sold me on using them. Jesse kept me up to date with the window order and we selected an install date that never changed. The install took 2 days as we replaced all 14 windows in our home and a new front door. Each day they were there on time or slightly early with plenty of manpower. His guys are very hard working and the absolute best at keeping the work area clean. I saw a guy cleaning our floors as they rolled up each day and another one sweeping near the work area with a magnet to remove any screws/nails. The door frame that came with the door was the wrong size (my fault in ordering) but did this stop them? Nope. Jesse went to Home Depot and bought what was needed to to reconfigure. Again- zero hassles. I have a feeling if we went with anyone else this would have been a huge problem. At the end of the project, our house looks and feels better than ever and I would encourage you to hire Jesse and his team if you need windows/doors/siding. They are true professionals."

David and his crew were very professional, punctual and do quality work. The property looks amazing, the crew took great care in draping and taping everything so none of the original 1950's hardwoods were in danger of damage. His quote was very fair for the work performed, and it only took his crew about 2.5 days to complete the job. He was very detail oriented and made sure to remove the 100's of nails that the tenant left in the walls, repaired any drywall damage and other minor areas that needed touching up.

David went a step farther and contacted an electrician friend of his when my husband discovered an electrical issue and needed it repaired ASAP.

Overall this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend Your Next Painter. We will be using David and his crew again when we need the exterior of our two homes painted.
