"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. He does Great work and is always adding in extra out of his own pockets to make sure his work is completed with the upmost quality. He recommended a flooring product that we used in our kitchen and love it,it's two years old now and looks as good as the day he installed it with us.
