Randee called the next day that she found some carpets that might interest us and we set up an appointment. Randee came on time and had the carpet panel to pick from. Once I told her which one we wanted, she called the warehouse to see if it was in stock. Luckily It was in stock, but we wanted to delay it for 2 weeks as we were finishing the remodel of our master bath. So we set a date and on that date the carpet installer showed up with the new carpet. He was very polite and installed it beautifully. It was such an easy process. I learned my lesson in using big box stores, so from now on I will go directly to Carolina Flooring and Carpet for all my flooring needs."
