"Our very large concrete driveway area was removed and replaced with pavers. In addition, we had two small retaining paver walls put in by the garage plus a longer one by the street area as a means of keeping the dirt from these sloped areas off the driveway and street sidewalk. "Planning for the project was performed August - September 2018, with performance late October-November 2018. The responsiveness of Trevor Bartley in helping to define the scope of effort in August was excellent; he helped me to clearly define what was possible, based upon what I was looking for. My project, which included pouring two large concrete pads, running electrical for both pads and construction of a pre-fabricated pavilion, was completed ahead of schedule and at expected cost. He has a team of dedicated men who work as a team on multiple activities with minimum oversight. I will definitely call Trevor again if I have a home construction project!"

"Our paver sealing project was going to be a challenge for Tropical Paver Sealing right from the start. Our patio is at the back of our condominium at the end of our living room. The only entrance and exit point was through our front door, off the common area of the carpeted corridor to our first floor unit. This is opposed to driving up to a house, bringing power-washing equipment up someone’s driveway or through a gate to their backyard or pool area. Our crew, J.C. and Brian were brilliant, efficient, courteous and respectful of our property. I had laid down some vinyl sheeting so their equipment and tools could be rolled in over the tiled floors and carpet to the sliding glass doors. They worked as a team and it was all the more impressive as it wasn’t just our patio that was going to be cleaned and sealed, but our neighbor’s patios as well, one on either side of ours. The entire project took from 9:30 a.m. until a little after 6:00 p.m. to do 3 separate patios and clean up took less than 10 minutes. Tropical Paver Sealing offered the best price, their well-deserved reputation and a great result! Save yourself the time and trouble of getting 3 or 4 quotes.
