"I would love to give Steve and his company an A rating because he was very nice, however, I have to be honest and thourough in my review. They did a lot of things right like returning calls and politeness, but they re-scheduled twice (in all fairness, another customer in the area cancelled so they re-scheduled ours too). One time an entire day went by before he called to re-schedule. Then, once hired for the job, the employee did not show so Steve came himself to pressure wash which we appreciated. The painter worked hard, but did get a lot of paint on our pool grout and several large drips in the pool that required special chemicals to remove it. Overall, the job was well done, but I feel it was their job to do the clean up of the drips and paint in the pool. Also, be aware they require 50% up front which we were not made aware of in advance. Steve did allow us to pay less up front and give them the remainder at the end of the second day. The only problem with that was we could not walk on the lanai to inspect the job and once we saw all the clean up we were left with, we had already paid the remaining balance and did not hear back from Steve after that. Next time, I would hold some of the money back until I was 100% satisfied."

"I am an older woman and my yard had not really been touched for a year and it looked like a hurricane went through it.  Don and his crew were so courteous and kind.  It was so nice to have people treating older people with dignity and politeness. They were more than reliable-my yard looks better than it has in years and they went beyond the call of duty.  I'm glad I called Don and his crew and   will always call him again because he did such a terrific and wonderful  job. "My family and I were awakened by a tree falling on to our house around 2:20 am Tuesday morning. I immediately went searching for someone who did emergency tree removal. I called several companies that said they had emergency service, but no one answered except for JD's Tree service. I was surprised when the owner himself picked up. He reassured me that everything would be okay,that he was on his way. He arrived with another gentleman less than an hour after my call. They were both very polite and really cared about not causing further damage to my home. It took several hours to complete the work. They took their time and were very cautious. If not for the hole in the roof, you would have never known they were there. JD's tree service removed all of the debris, and even put a tarp on the roof for me. I was so thankful for their prompt professional service, and the price that he charged. It was a huge tree that was very delicate to remove. I would recommend JD to anyone who is looking for an honest professional company. We were so impressed that we have decided to have his company come back to do some landscaping for us next week. "I cannot tell you how please I am with M&N tree removal service. I really wish I had thought to take before and after pictures of this project. They removed several old azealia bushes one of which was so large it blocked the view of everything in my small yard and also other overgrown shrubs and foliage. After which everything was smoothed down and made clean and level. It looks great. I actually can't stop looking at it I'm so happy with it."
