"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

I had water damage to my wood floors and cherry cabinets in my kitchen. Jon worked with my insurance company and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of how it all works. "Between the time I contracted for a ceiling fan and the time we were able to arrange for the work to be done my needs changed. Len Lombardo didn't miss a beat. He evaluated the work I needed done in my kitchen and set to it immediately. He eliminated two outlets, put in two others and put GFI's in two others. Len was pleasant and polite to work with. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself?even taking his shoes off at the door.
