His quote was very competitive and he made great effort to assist us in choosing the materials and colors. He began the job on schedule and finished on schedule. He and his crew repaired the senior citizen's siding and because we had a very rainy day, replaced the man's kitchen sink and installed a new toilet. No wasted days due to weather. The neighbor raved about the work.... Finally, as the siding was going up, I asked Carlos if he would be interested in replacing our 335 feet of fencing. He gave us an excellent price, and the day the siding was finished, 42 sections of fence was delivered. Two days later, the fence was beautifully installed and all waste, including tree limbs and shrubs I removed, were carted off in a dumpster. Much to our surprise, Carlos stopped by a few days later and replaced a roof shingle on one of our bay windows. It wasn't his responsibility, but he made a point to make everything flawless.
