"Peter outlined the five step approach that included sanding, caulking with geoseal caulk, covering each knot with shellac, filling popped out knots and priming with oil based primer followed by spraying with two coats of Benjamin Moore Advance alkyd satin finish topcoat. 10 working days to complete with two and three man crews on various days.
