I liked that they had a showroom where I could actually see the way the windows would look and operate. They had several different brands of windows. They installed 10 windows of different sizes and configurations for a very competitive price. I would use this company again in a heartbeat There were no pressure tactics- just a very smart and professional approach. It took 6 weeks to get the Windows but that was because I insisted on Milgard Windows which I had used before in other homes.  They had informed me that there would be a manufacturer delay before I ordered. They were very good about coordinating and communicating which was essential because we were out of town at the time of the installation.

"Brian came across as very professional and was able to say whether he could or could not do a specific job.  He removed our old hot water heater and dishwasher and installed the new ones very quickly and professionally, leaving behind zero mess.  (a huge plus for anyone who has dealt with contractors!)  During the installation of the water heater, a cheap, existing tap valve supplying the water to our upstairs fridge malfunctioned and Brian returned the next day with a new tap valve in hand.  It has now been several weeks, and there are no leaks nor problems with either the dishwasher nor the hot water heater!  Two huge home improvements done in one afternoon.  Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and are always happy to support the small business owner!
