The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. "Wes came out and reviewed. Suggested removing shingles and flashing in the valley to determine where leak was coming from. This included an estimate for replacing shingles, plywood and extending the ice and snow shield further up the roof. It was determined that the leak was due to the flashing not being extended when my roof was replaced six years ago. Also had no problem adjusting the invoice due to not having to replace the plywood sheathing."

Even prior to the roof replacement, the owner called and asked if he could put a patch on the roof due to a leak since he knew we would be having bad storms within the next few days. When they did the repairs, they used high quality metal vents on the roof; the cheap plastic vents the previous roofer used was the source of the leak mentioned earlier.
