"Our scheduled day of service was one of the days of rain associated with the recent floods in CO.  Our window cleaner called before arriving to ensure that we wanted our windows cleaned in that type of weather.  She was prompt, professional, and very courteous.  She did a thorough job.  When she was finishing the interiors, she noticed a streak that "was not due to the rain" on the exterior of the window.  So she hopped back up on the roof and cleaned that streak.  She was also very conscientious about keeping our floors clean and dry.  Highly recommended. <br />"

"We recently had our house exterior painted by Pappas Painting and they did a great job. Frank, the owner has been painting for many years and personally did the estimate walkthrough and asked the right questions. Other companies were not as thorough and gave an estimate based only on the listed square footage of the house. His estimate considered the individual items that needed to be painted on our mainly brick house only needing siding painted. When the house was painted the prep work was the most important part, which included thoroughly caulking and repairing the siding. The exisiting siding was cracked and peeling from exposure to Colorado's climate. The paint job was completely quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend."
