"When first contacted for a bid on the work, Done Done Services was prompt in providing the estimate. Initially my elderly Mother-in-Law did not want to deal with moving out furniture and elected to do the minimum necessary to repair the damage. Once the work began, however, it was evident that more work needed to be done to correctly repair the damage. Pat Freilinger, the owner, and the assigned workman, Chris, convinced my Mother-in-Law that they should do what was necessary to do the job right. In the end Chris did a fantastic job removing wall paper in the entire room, repairing plaster, sealing cracks, and painting the room. The work was done on a timely basis and the end result was fantastic. Both Chris and Pat kept us informed of the progress and Chris helped my Mother-in-Law put the room back together when all of the work was finished. "Eric, who works with Kevin, arrived promptly on a very hot day and took down an old basketball hoop, jackhammered out the old cement, dug a deeper post hole required for a new hoop, and installed the new hoop anchor and poured cement. It seems like a simple job, but he and his helper were working for five or six hours straight and it was hard work. The anchor was perfectly even, resulting in a straight pole and hoop when the company came to install the new hoop on the anchor. One Call does it right."

"Eric was referred to me by Kevin with One Call Home Repair who was no longer in the business.  I caleld Eric and he got back to me promptly & scheduled a time about 2 weeks out, that fit in my schedule.  He and his coworker came out a few minutes early and did a fast and excellent job of repairing the cat fence that is attached to the top of my chain link fence around my large back yard.  They clamped 15-20 brackets onto my cat fence, cut out the old twist ties and added zip ties on all the new brackets.   <br /> They also repaired the back of my chain link fence--reattaching metal wires, adding stakes at the bottom, and zip tying them to the fence.   <br /> Plus, they diagnosed a lighted deer holiday decorating, that only was only half-lit.  I thought the lighting wires had been cut, but they were actually ties that looked liked wires.  They showed me the approximate location of the burned out LED light. <br /> They wrote me an itemized invoice for the 2 hours of work.  They were professional, courteous, and easy to work with--willing to do exactly what I wished regarding the repairs.  I'd definitely call them again and would recommend them to my friends. <br />"
