"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

My experience with Affordable Cabinet Refacing was beyond my expectations. From the first phone call to Debra, her thorough and clearly presented email outlining the process to Chuck's informative visit to present (exhuberantly, but not high pressure) my options, I felt very comfortable moving forward. When Shawn arrived to measure (a kitchen initially built over 150 years ago), I was beyond impressed with his meticulous measuring and attention to detail. When Guy and Mike arrived, they were the icing on the cake. Their professional manner, work ethic, and skill transformed the kitchen to the one I dreamt of. The ideas you gave us for updates, Kevin and the others always arriving on the scheduled dates and times and always quickly handling any “glitches” that happened along the way. Bob and I always felt comfortable with Kevin working in our home, and never hesitated to leave him in our home if we had to leave to run errands. Colleen came to our house at the beginning of the project and she was wonderful as well. "The travertine marble on our fireplace surround had cracked under its own weight and was pulling away from the wall. Superior gave the lowest quote and also had great reviews so we gave them a shot. The whole process was pleasant and painless - We were able to pick from any remnant they had on hand and found a nice honed granite. They told us it would unfortunately not be done until after the new year. Bill came out to do the template and asked if we were having Christmas dinner at our house - I said yes, and he said he would see if they can squeeze us in before the Holiday. Sure enough we got an appointment for Dec 18th. The installers were super friendly and nice - They got the job completed in a couple hours and it looks beautiful. There was no mess at all and everything looks great. I would call Superior again in a heartbeat."

"George has provided handyman services at my home in the past. Early 2021, I hired Ocean State Property Services to do a kitchen renovation. It did not go as planned due to supply chain disruption and freight carrier delays that resulted in my cabinets arriving damaged from the manufacturer, this did not sit well with OSPS and they quit the job early. George and his team did a great job with the demolition, plumbing and industry connections (i.e. flooring, countertops, plastering). The downside was inefficient communication and negative attitude stemming from the contractor's frustration. In the end, George did not complete the job but left on amicable terms. I would hire George again for another job that had "less moving parts" to it. PS His helpers are fantastic!"

"Can't say enough good things about iKitchens - they were fantastic!! We already had an IKEA kitchen design, but they reviewed the design and made some very helpful suggestions. They were great at explaining the process and what to expect. Once the work started, every single workman was very professional and did very high quality work. Everything was on time or ahead of the schedule. They were happy to answer questions and very willing to make a few minor adjustments along the way. The end result is better than we ever dreamed!! We totally recommend iKitchens!!!!!!!!"

"I had to get my bathroom renovated due to improper work from seller of the house. I had Stephan come in march of 2021. he did a great job. However, my caulking around all of my brand new tub walls, has started coming off. so i called to have him come out to recalk. he said that he would be able to come on Wednesday the 23rd at 8-830 am. today i get a text stating that he cant make it that day and sorry for the inconvenience. i then asked ok when can we reschedule for. he read the text and never replied. i asked if it could be next week. he again read the message and never replied. I then messaged again and he hasn't read it, along with leaving him a voicemail after just 1 ring. if he decides to not get back to me, I will get my lawyer involved for not complying with his guarantee."
