"They did an EXCELLENT job!!!  The owner was part of a four-man team and they came organized & prepared to work.  They had the right heavy-duty equipment to do the job as quickly and efficiently as possible, which kept down the cost.  I have quite a lot of myrtle and they were able to remove almost all the imbedded oak and maple leaves without doing any damage to the plants.  My yard was spotless when they finished.  I later found out that the owner of Johnson Outdoors, Joe Johnson was employed by my neighbor for four years while he was going to school.  My neighbor said that Joe is very conscientious, hard-working and always exhibited high ethical values.  Johnson Outdoors provides a multitude of outdoor services and I will certainly be contacting them for future projects. <br />"

"We use him all summer and fall doing boat prep and storage. Repainting the sides of the house, concrete repair and tuck pointing brick walkway. He built stairs into my storage area in the garage to make it easier to step up. Also painted and repaired deck skirting. He puts away and organizes garage clutter, and sanded and varnished front door. <br />"

"The husband and wife team drove over 2 1/2 hours to accommodate my needs with only a few days notice. We agreed in advance that I would pay an hourly rate for their travel time. They cleaned exactly as agreed, using mostly products that I had already, and they provided whatever they needed that I did not already have (such as leather cleaner). They worked h****** my very large home (three finished stories, 5 bedrooms, 2 baths) and completed the job in six hours - including windows! They were very careful with my property and showed respect for my older home. They were professional, but not to the point of wearing uniforms, which I don't find necessary, but that is the only reason I did not give them the highest rating for professionalism. I would recommend matching polo shirts or printed tshirts with their logo on it to improve their professional image. The price was at the top of the range in my opinion, so for that price I would expect not to have found a few spider webs that were missed in the living areas and dusty window blinds. But in their defense, they did tell me that they could have spent another whole day in my home doing detail work and I agree that my house has that much detail - it is a house built in the 1920's with lots of woodwork and mouldings throughout. Other than that, they did do a great job and I felt everything was very clean when they finished. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others."

"Very well. Contractor was skilled at his trade, drywall was installed, taped, and mudded in a timely and skillful manner. He was/is punctual in keeping appointment and doing the work. Gave an estimate for the job that was reasonable. When done he cleaned up the work area. Jerry did such a nice job that my wife and I will keep his card and contact him in the future for home remodeling projects."
