When John came over to give us the estimate, he also measured the wall and told us how many boxes of 3"x6" subway tile and how many 12" pencil tiles for the edging that we would need to order to complete this project. On the day of the installation, they were very punctual in their arrival. Before starting John explained a couple of options that we had available to ensure that the final look would be just as we had envisioned. In addition to installing the backsplash, they did an excellent job removing and replacing a chipped 12"x12" floor tile that was in our mudroom. Prior to leaving, John informed us of the best procedure for applying the sealer once the tile adhesive had dried.
