In addition, he used a camera to make sure the main line to the street was clear. I was able to look in the camera as he inspected it and he freely answered questions. Kevin was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. Previous crew from a different company that came 2-3 years ago for the same problem didn’t even open up the sewer traps and only cleaned the main-line. "Had main sewer pipe relined in basement. They sealed the pipe as needed but overshot the opening in pipe they is used to drain sewer water from second bathroom and laundry. It took them 3 days to rectify the problem and work and expense was covered by them. They offered to put us up in hotel till work was completed but we chose to have money off bill which they complied. Would have given an A rating but did have problem. I would recommend and would use them again if need be. Professional and courteous."

"I called after hours on a Friday of a long holiday weekend. My furnace was not responding. Off, no heat, no hot water - party at the house tomorrow with thirty people showing up! Ahg! I got a prompt call back in about 10 minutes. Will asked for symptoms and troubleshot the issue over the phone with me. We had the furnace up and running in 5 minutes. This company had no prior record of me (this was really the first time I've needed furnace service in the area). "Spoke to Joe late on a Friday afternoon about the problem. He was heading to another call and said he could come out after 10pm or first thing in the morning - I decided next day. He promptly arrived in the morning when he said he would and talked through a couple of likely scenarios and costs. He was very clear, and set reasonable expectations, He got to work right away and diagnosed and fixed the problem in just under an hour. He cleaned up after the job and was a pleasure to deal with. Overall much cheaper than the big names and he was very responsive. It was bitterly cold with snow and ice everywhere but he still made it on time and did a great job. Highly recommended!"

"We could not be happier homeowners and would work with Service Plus again without hesitation. From start to finish we found Sam to be beyond professional and knowledgeable. He came out to look at our "interesting" situation and immediately began discussing the possible causes and solutions to our problem. He was up front about the challenges and possible solutions, and that this may only be a partial solution. We chose to move forward with the removal of our old plumbing in this area and a reconfiguration of our drainage system because even if it was not the sole contributor to the problem, it was an issue to be resolved. As he was removing the old toilet flange in this process, he suggested replacing the toilet as well and gave us helpful notes as we went to purchase a toilet (toilets come with different rough-in sizes). The project was not a small project and they worked until it was completed so we were only without water for one day. In the end we have a beautifully laid out drainage system; he widened our pipes from a 3in to a 4in, designed smoother transitions, sealed the aging ejector pump lid, installed the toilet, installed a pipe for our future laundry machine move, as well as went above by fixing/replacing a few minor things outside of the originally discussed designated area. At the end of the evening he walked my husband and I through the completed project, talked about a few items to be aware of in the future, and briefly talked about our well. Sam answered all our questions and even discussed how he designed and implemented the reconfiguration. There was an open line of communication from start to finish about the project and he was available to help in the time leading up to the actual project completion.
