IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. "It went exactly as promised. Aaron came out for a quote when he said he would. After comparing his quot to others, it was the second to lowest. When we settled on a date, his crew showed up right when he said they would, and they finished a day earlier than expected. They did a great job cleaning up the site, and the roof looks great. There was damage to the roof decking, and Aaron's crew told us exactly how much material would be needed and what the costs would be before starting.
