"This was a small job to remove existing and install new siding on one second-story exterior wall above an attached garage. James, the person who arrived at my home to initially measure and quote the job was pleasant and not too sales-y. He claimed that the company could complete the job sooner than others in the area by a couple weeks. This was the first quote I obtained and an incentive was offered if I accepted the quote and provided payment that day and pursued no other quotes. I was contacted by Matt after a few weeks from there forward regarding the job. Conversations with Matt were brief, to the point, and accurate, which was appreciated. He answered any questions I had. The delivery of materials occurred with no advance notice. Luckily someone was home to remove obstacles when the driver arrived. The delivery occurred nearly a week outside the quoted completion window, however. The crew arrived a couple days later, when Matt said they would. The replacement siding, trim, and weather sealing work appears to be of good quality. However, I found issues with the cleanup...specifically, debris left on the property. The workers used a leaf blower in an attempt to clean up the work area and blew detritus all over the driveway, porch, and front/back yard. From there, the larger pieces were picked up, but some construction debris 2" in diameter or less were left, with much of it blown into the grass. I also found nearly a dozen nails that were missed, with several in the driveway or around walkways. There were two brooms and a large trash cart accessible to aid with cleanup, so the choice to blow debris into the grass is confusing. Worse, I parked a vehicle away from the work area as suggested, but found shingle gravels, siding debris, and paint all over the rear half of it. Lastly, the a portion of the gutter is damaged (concave) where the workers' ladder was resting between gutter nails. I"d have rated five stars if not for the cleanup issues, minor gutter damage, and unannounced materials delivery. Recommended."

"Leo and his crew were great - completely redid the roof, replaced some windows and doors. We were very happy with his work, and would definitely hire him again in the south end."

"I hate not giving five stars because the installation crews were great and did an awesome job. The project managers on the other hand left much to be desired. First one was unresponsive, project was delayed for months because of him. 2nd was slightly better but it still took 6 months for them to complete the project. They installed a French door with the wrong glass because "it's the only one we had in the warehouse". It was also for a 2x4 frame when we had a 2 x6 frame, which they had to wait 3 more weeks for an extension kit to come in to finish it, and replace the glass. I originally went with them to have them build a deck and repair the siding but I doubt I will go back to them now. Again, install crew is amazing and would recommend them for that reason alone. Although they did leave the old windows in a pile outside my house for months and it took threatening charging them for what it would cost to have someone else clean it up for them to come pick it up."

"I can not recommend Christopher enough. He and his team did a fantastic job residing my house. I had damaged, old LP siding. Christopher and his team replaced the damaged panels, wrapped my house, put on HP lap siding, and painted it. The trim was perfect and they repainted the gutters. I got to pick my custom colors and he painted everything. I am so happy with how my house looks. Oh and he did it for $10,000 less than all other quotes. Same quality materials same skilled labor, just for less. Christopher's quote was low pressure, he communicated clearly though email and his team was super friendly and nice."
