"It went exactly as promised. Aaron came out for a quote when he said he would. After comparing his quot to others, it was the second to lowest. When we settled on a date, his crew showed up right when he said they would, and they finished a day earlier than expected. They did a great job cleaning up the site, and the roof looks great. There was damage to the roof decking, and Aaron's crew told us exactly how much material would be needed and what the costs would be before starting. Their estimates were spot-on, and the price came in within the range of Aaron's original quote. They subcontract the gutters. The company that came out is also local. They were similarly punctual, arriving the day they said they would, and completing the gutter installation in even less time than quoted. I have another roofing job that needs to be done in the next year or so, and I won't hesitate to call Aaron back."

"I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"

"I had a roof leak occur when the ice melted. Steve called me and I had to get back to him because I was trying to get water mitigation company out. Called back at 10PM. He said he could get his guys out to my home next day at 8:30AM or 9:30AM and that he worked with insurance. One guy arrived on time. The other with the actual ladder didn't arrive until like 11:45 or something. This is probably because of the road conditions. His guys got on the roof and identified the problem and I asked them to take photos of the top for insurance because I needed to get reimbursement for the roof repair later. I got the initial photos, but they were kinda low quality. I was quoted $6500 for the repair and in retrospect I feel like I might have been taken advantage of. I had to scramble to get the money in cash and with all the rain forecasted for the rest of the week, I basically rolled the dice and went with him just so I could have more peace of mind that the problem wouldn't get worse. They also did not take photos after it was done like Steve had told me it would after the fact. They just left and I had to call Steve to figure out if they were done or not. Had Steve make some changes to the invoice to get what I wanted for insurance and he was helpful in that aspect. Unfortunately, the pictures were not clear enough for insurance to identify the issue and they contacted Steve to get more information. I personally contacted Steve to work with the insurance also. After that, Steve stopped returning any of my follow-up calls and even if I have warranty issues I expect he will not return my calls even though he warrants the work for 2 years. The work quality I assume is top knotch because I have not had a leak occur, but the experience of hearing one thing and then having another done really puts me off about working with them again in the future."
