He answered immediately and agreed to come by late that afternoon to take a look and give me a price. He came on time, and even though it was freezing cold,very windy, and almost dark, he said he could fix it right then. "They were good. They brought it out, just dropped it off. They'll do the construction work for you if you like and put the fence up. They gave me a round figure for our yard but I put the fence up myself. He's really a nice guy. For the price, I looked around and it's about the same. I was totally satisfied with the price and I was totally satisfied with the material that I got from them. There was not a problem."

Our lead contractor was well organized and kept the project on task despite us not setting any hard deadlines for completion. He listened well to our requests and did his best to meet our needs. We communicated on a daily basis and often multiple times by text message and emails. Our lead person was quick to respond and would come onsite regularly and on an as needed basis. The crew was professional and courteous. We felt safe with them in our home while we were at work. With any construction, there will be miscommunication or issues that arise. Our lead person was always quick to address any concerns or issues, either with the crew correcting the issue or redoing the work to our liking. Our lead and his crew anticipated needs based on their experience (e.g. placement of light switches, plugs, etc.) and kept us abreast of daily progress.
