Their estimate itemized each part of the project and included alternatives when appropriate. The work crew was punctual and professional. They did a great job replacing my skylights and re-flashing and waterproofing my old leaking chimney. The new copper flashing is embedded into the chimney mortar joints - no roofing caulk to dry out and leak. Before the crew left they blew all of the leaf debris off of the roof and cleaned up all of the construction debris. They will be my first choice for any future construction work."

"While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete. "My overall experience with Ribba Construction was great and I am happy I selected them for my project. Because of the damaging winds 7 months ago (March 2018) and a terribly wet 2018 summer; the demand for roofers is crazy outrageous. With shortage of roofers and constant inclement weather, some roofing companies were 60 days out just to have an estimate appointment and another 6-8 weeks from the time a contract was signed before work could start. Some roofing companies imposed a contract minimum of $2,500. Other roofing companies were not **** small leak roof repairs, instead they were only doing entire roof replacements. I literally worked my way from the A’s on Angie’s List down to the R’s. Along that journey, many of the vendors I contacted just did not care about my active leak as it was to small of a job as described or my job did not meet their new criteria for work. I was happy when I contacted Ribba Construction as the scheduler showed concern about my project and the active leak issue despite the job being smaller than usual. Ribba sent HB to take a look at the problem. HB arrived as scheduled and was friendly and professional. He provided a timely estimate when promised. He even took pictures to show me his findings as I am not going onto a steep pitched roof 3 stores high to inspect damage. Through the years of owning the house, I have had several roofing company do some inspections/estimates/maintenance/repair work on my roof, but this is the first time anyone took time to alert me to a potential unrelated roofing problem which is not visible unless you are on the roof. HB alerted me to a 3” wide pipe full of water. To me it appeared to be a plumbing stack pipe, but later it was determined that it was a dead end pipe that went from the roof down 3 stores to the basement. The builder left the pipe opening exposed to rain and for 18+ years collecting rain water, and now it was overflowing at the top of the pipe on the roof. Just 1 day later after HB showed me the roof problems and the vent pipe full of water; another roofing company came and gave me an estimate for repair work. This company said nothing about the overflowing vent pipe or missing shingles HB had found. I even gave them a change to fess up and asked the about the condition of my vent pipes. I was told all was well on the roof, and that all I needed to stop leaks some caulking. I am so thankfully, HB took time to alert me to an unrelated problem. The HB carefully and thoughtfully performed the work. I am happy with the results and believe others can benefit from the honesty and hard work from those employed by Ribba Construction."

"I had a small hole in the roof shingles and rotted fascia boards. The hole caused leaking into to house. The roof repair required a new plywood section replacements and new flashing. The fascia repair was needed due to rotted boards and leaking going into the house. The repair also included installation of new drip edges and gutter guards which never existed on the house. Davis came out and provided an affordable estimate for the repairs. His approach is no nonsense and to the point, I can appreciate that. The work was done within agreed upon timelines. In recent windstorm part of a gutter guard blew off and he said replacement is free and inspection of all guards would be done."
