The new copper flashing is embedded into the chimney mortar joints - no roofing caulk to dry out and leak. "Presidential Exteriors were by far the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. Some people might not like the fact that they want all decision makers present when they come over, but this is so they don’t waste time coming out again. At first, we thought the price was high but after the job was completed, we felt like we got every bit of what we paid for, if not more. Almost every inch of the exterior of our house (except windows and doors but including gutters and downspouts) were replaced and our 1968 built house now looks brand new. We contracted for a new roof (new shingles and board replacement) for the house and horse barn. We also had a large skylight replaced. This was a big job and Felix and his roofing team were great. They worked from sunrise until well after dark and completed everything in two days even though my roof had some issues. Michael and his team installed Hardie Board siding on the entire house. This was a huge job and the finished product looks incredible, especially the detail work like the trim and capping around windows and doors, and the new soffit and fascia under and on the roof overhang. Michael personally bent all the aluminum himself and took great pride in his work. We never expected the finished product to look so good. I work from my house so I was concerned about how that would work out, but everyone was so friendly and respectful that it was never an issue. Jake the project manager, Eva the project coordinator and the Operations Department were also great to work with. Jake did the final inspection with me, coordinated the removal of excess materials and set up some minor touch up work that needed to be done. This is an extremely well managed company and I highly recommend them for any exterior work."

"My overall experience with Ribba Construction was great and I am happy I selected them for my project. Because of the damaging winds 7 months ago (March 2018) and a terribly wet 2018 summer; the demand for roofers is crazy outrageous. With shortage of roofers and constant inclement weather, some roofing companies were 60 days out just to have an estimate appointment and another 6-8 weeks from the time a contract was signed before work could start. Some roofing companies imposed a contract minimum of $2,500. Other roofing companies were not **** small leak roof repairs, instead they were only doing entire roof replacements. I literally worked my way from the A’s on Angie’s List down to the R’s. Along that journey, many of the vendors I contacted just did not care about my active leak as it was to small of a job as described or my job did not meet their new criteria for work. I was happy when I contacted Ribba Construction as the scheduler showed concern about my project and the active leak issue despite the job being smaller than usual. Ribba sent HB to take a look at the problem. HB arrived as scheduled and was friendly and professional. He provided a timely estimate when promised. He even took pictures to show me his findings as I am not going onto a steep pitched roof 3 stores high to inspect damage. Through the years of owning the house, I have had several roofing company do some inspections/estimates/maintenance/repair work on my roof, but this is the first time anyone took time to alert me to a potential unrelated roofing problem which is not visible unless you are on the roof. HB alerted me to a 3” wide pipe full of water. To me it appeared to be a plumbing stack pipe, but later it was determined that it was a dead end pipe that went from the roof down 3 stores to the basement. The builder left the pipe opening exposed to rain and for 18+ years collecting rain water, and now it was overflowing at the top of the pipe on the roof. Just 1 day later after HB showed me the roof problems and the vent pipe full of water; another roofing company came and gave me an estimate for repair work. This company said nothing about the overflowing vent pipe or missing shingles HB had found. I even gave them a change to fess up and asked the about the condition of my vent pipes. I was told all was well on the roof, and that all I needed to stop leaks some caulking. I am so thankfully, HB took time to alert me to an unrelated problem. The HB carefully and thoughtfully performed the work. I am happy with the results and believe others can benefit from the honesty and hard work from those employed by Ribba Construction."

"I had a small hole in the roof shingles and rotted fascia boards. The hole caused leaking into to house. The roof repair required a new plywood section replacements and new flashing. The fascia repair was needed due to rotted boards and leaking going into the house. The repair also included installation of new drip edges and gutter guards which never existed on the house. Davis came out and provided an affordable estimate for the repairs. His approach is no nonsense and to the point, I can appreciate that. The work was done within agreed upon timelines. In recent windstorm part of a gutter guard blew off and he said replacement is free and inspection of all guards would be done."
