We scheduled a free estimate for the next week and he was slightly early and I really appreciated that because I felt like he valued my time. He gave me my estimate and as soon as I agreed to the work we scheduled the fence installation for the next week! He planned for two days and he and his coworker were done by 2pm on the second day! My fence looks amazing! It was well worth the money!"

Joe's team showed up on time (a few minutes early) every day for a week. They worked extremely hard at least 8 hours every day, were meticulous with their work and went above and beyond. We found a lot of issues under our vinyl, windows with no backer board, missing tyvek in a lot of places, no caulk around windows, we had mold, rotten and very wet boards (headers, plywood etc.), mold going to the drywall in spots and all sorts of issues. The guys replaced and repaired every issue and only went a day and a half over schedule considering all of the additional repairs they discovered and had to account for. Joe's pricing is great for the service they provide, his guys are wonderful, experienced and trustworthy, as is Joe."

I took advantage of a coupon offered by the contractor to have a new ceiling fan installed for $74.00 which was a good value, since price quotes I had received for the job from other contractors ranged from $100.00 to $200.00. 

I received a email from the owner, Sam Shorrosh, within hours of purchasing the coupon.  He was professional and articulate and scheduled a appointment within 48 hours; not for lack of work but because he was willing to come after hours on a weekend to complete the job as soon as possible if I was agreeable,

Sam Shorrosh, called prior to the appointment to confirm and arrived on time.  He wore a shirt clearly identifying the name of his company, "Help Around The House", and was clean, neat, and professional.

Before removing the existing fan Sam, after a quick inspection, ask if I would prefer the existing fan to be repaired if possible or just replaced with the new fan I already had on hand?  Since the fan was relatively new, just out of warranty, I opted for the repair.  Within thirty minutes he had made the necessary repairs to the fan saving me $180.00, the cost of the new fan.

Since I purchased a coupon to have a fan installed I did not take note of the name of his business until he actually arrived, assuming he must be an electrician.  I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he and his contractors are much more than electricians, as the business name suggest "Help Around The House", they can complete most any job a homeowner would need to accomplish around the house.

I have already ask Sam to give me quotes on a few odds and ends I need completed around the house and would certainly recommend him to family and friends.
