"It went twice as long as expected. It was a large job with about 4000 sq feet of new flooring, carpet, and ceramic installed. The installers seemed to get a little slow at the end. However, if we did not like how they did their work or had a concern, they immediately addressed and fixed it. For example, if a floor board or base board was crooked, they would remove and reinstall a new one. Brian was very thorough and rechecked the installers work several times. Because the project took so long, they gave us 2 wool rugs for free. <br />"
