"Jim and his crew were very responsive to our needs. We were limited in time due to selling. He was able to look, make a real assessment of what was needed and was reasonable with the bid. His crew made time for us within a few days and had the deck in great shape. We were able to continue down the path with our seller. I couldn't ask for better. Someone who is fair, honest, and can fix when you don't want to replace. Awesome!"

"They did a great job. It was about $1000 less than what another company said. They have a good reputation. They set up an appointment right away. He listened to all of my concerns. He was very knowledgeable. I told him about what the other company said about the slope, and that they would have to dig down a lot. He measured and said no he wouldn't. They were able to lift the job up because they had an opening. They were just very quick. He did not say that this was going to be more money because we had to do it by hand. He said this is a hand job but that is okay because he could not bring a truck in. He made it seem like that is not a problem for us, this is more of a tight squeeze and we will do it, that is what we do. I thought their price was good compared to what the other company told me because it was less. I think it was probably competitive and concrete is expensive and it was a little bit more of a complicated job. I would use them again."
