"I had used Hoover's a few months ago for dryer vent cleaning. I called Mr. Hoover and asked for an estimate for cleaning my air ducts. He quoted me a price over the phone and we were able to schedule within a week. Anthony and Benny were great. They set up a cleaning area in our courtyard to clean and dry all the duct covers. They wore booties over their shoes in the house and protected all furniture and corners with towels wrapped around the hoses. When they were finished, they checked our furnace filters and changed those that needed it. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and friendly."

"It went great. They took just a bit longer than expected (maybe an hour and fifteen minutes versus the hour scheduled), but were on time (perhaps early) for my first-thing appointment. I don't like to pay travel fees (since I imagine most service folks schedule certain days or other people nearby to offset costs already), but they did a good job and there are only a few people who do dryer vents. They also took pictures before and after to show that it should be done and the results afterwards. They sent a certificate after with pictures showing it was done (may be needed by some HOAs, insurance, etc.)"
