"Angie's List has a coupon for this service.  But the coupon price is misleading, you are not saving any money with the coupon, this is the standard price for this vendor.  I don't believe it should be listed as a coupon.  Also, when I was directed to Pay Pal, the instructions were confusing.  You were instructed to select a date to have the work performed.  That instruction didn't apply to this vendor.  The sample containers arrived within a few days of placing my order.  I sent the sample bottles out the next day.  The instructions were fairly easy to follow, although I have taken samples like these for my job and I believe there should be better instructions about how to make sure you don't contaminate the sample.  Simple instructions, like when you unscrew the lid try not to put it down, but if you have to, make sure you put it on a clean paper towel.  Pictures would help.  Also, don't sneeze or cough over the sample.  I received the results in about a week from when I sent the sample, an email came first followed by a letter in the mail.  The results were easy to read."

"I had reached the end of my rope with Accord Plunbing & Heating, owned by David Lopez!!! After taking $3,000 from me, David never showed up to do the work. I was at my wits end! So, I went where I should have gone in the first place....Angie's List. I found and called Leroy of Enchantment Heating & Air Conditioning in Santa Fe. <br /> The day he was scheduled to perform the work I was outside and bingo! Up drives 2 vans from Enchantment. The doors open and Leroy and his crew get out and man, I'm telling ya'. A couple guys head to the apartment to do the inside work. Another fellow gets up on the roof to perform the work that needs to be done there. Leroy, himself, is on the job over seeing everything from start to finish. I really appreciated his being on site. That way, I knew everything would get done that we had talked about. The work was performed beyond my expectations! They were done in one day! <br /> Additionally, Leroy check the other furnace in my house only to discover I had a cracked hot surface ignitor. When the weather got cold I would (eventually) not had any heat. Yikes! I really appreciated this preventative maintance check. Now that furnance even runs quieter. <br /> This company is reputable, dependable, professional, and trust-worthy.
