They were on time, and the renovation was delivered as scheduled or earlier. The best thing about this company that they worked at my house until the job was finished. They worked from Monday thru Saturday, approx. 8-10 hours per day. The crew are all experienced, polite, and listened well as work progressed. The cost was reasonable, right on our planned budget. ( after the end of the time frame)   I overlooked it and scheduled the repair.  The same thing happened on the day of the repair with no apologies.   It is a pet peeve of mine and it communicates to me that they think their time is more important than mine. "Mike and his crew were clean, thorough and precise in the demolition and tile work. Mike communicated with us about all reasons for needing to adjust the work. His crew tried very hard to minimize their presence in the house, even entering and exiting through the bathroom window so they wouldn't tromp through the house constantly. The shower looks really nice...all the grout lines and spacing look tidy. We wish it could've gone a little quicker but that's not a big deal. We were happy with the work."
