"All went smooth. Tony started explaining what he would be doing and what we needed to do after he was finished. Tarps and plastic corner protectors were put throughout the house before the equipment came in. After all was done, Tony mentioned the extra dust that had collected op the carpet around the vents, and perhaps we should consider duct cleaning. We let the carpet dry for 3 days and went back to inspect. Low-traffic areas look brand new, while high-traffic areas are vastly improved. Some stains did not come out, but we knew that was a risk going in. Couches look so much better. All in all, the carpet has at least another 5 years and we are happy. We plan for Tony to clean the carpets in our current house before putting it up for sale, and have Tony perform the duct cleaning in the new house."
