He accessed the situation, asked me if I wanted the old chain link taken down, which I did, and gave me a very reasonable estimate to do the job. Before the job started I asked him if he could also replace the chain link gate with a wooden one. He said yes, and we agreed on the added cost of the gate, which was again, very resonable.
