"Straight Forward was one of the many fencing companies that my boyfriend and I had come out to give us an estimate when we were looking to get a new fence. Our whole experience with Straight Forward was remarkable, from start to finish. The owner, Gary was so personal, in comparison to the other companies we had come out. Before we even received a quote back, we knew we wanted to hire his company, regardless of the price (which ended up being very reasonable and awesome anyways). It seemed that he knew what he was doing and he was even informative to us And let us know the process of what his crew would be doing. Once the polite and respectful workers began to work, they were done within less than two days. Keep in mind how impressive this is due to the fact that we had two gates installed, a front fence on both sides of our house, and the remaining perimeter of our decent sized backyard. Once the fence was finished being installed, the workers had cleaned up all of the trash and it was like they had never been there! Except for the fact that we now have a beautiful, new fence to adore. We would hire Straight Forward again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!"

Their estimator, Rick, did a great job in providing ideas and advice on fence location. Their office staff were always helpful and efficient in scheduling the work. Most important their installers, Ray and Sean, did a superb job in assuring a perfect installation. Our property was challenging with a steep hill but our fence was well placed and securely installed. They worked quickly, efficiently and were just terrific to deal with. "Plymouth Nursery did an amazing job transforming our outdoor pool area. We recently bought a house with a pool that was completely surrounded by gardened areas and a very old fence. We got three estimates and Plymouth Nursery was the most responsive and gave the most competitive quote. Joe developed a proposal, made recommendations, and communicated with us throughout the project. Our crew - Arturo, Jose and and Mauricio - was punctual, tidy and professional and their work is beautiful down to the smallest detail. At one point during the project there was a pause in work as we waited for materials. Joe made sure that the crew finished the main area around the pool so we could enjoy it while we waited for the materials to come in. We had a small issue with fencing towards the end of the work, but Joe was responsive and addressed the issue almost immediately. We now have a fully finished outdoor pool deck with a fire pit area and a black aluminum fence. While the crew was here, we added on another small job and again they did great work.
