When they came out to take measurements, I was shown the product I was interested in and was told everything that would be done when they installed the fence. "John Killeen was great to work with. We had a small project - repair our chain link fence gate posts and install a new section of the fence that was missing. John was able to come out and get it fixed before some other companies were even able to come out and give an estimate! Since it was a small project he did the work by himself too. His estimate was much cheaper than the one other estimate we did get from a larger fencing company. He was very friendly and cooperative, even came right back out when I asked him to add something to the fence. Would definitely use him again. <br />"

"Everlasting Fence came to our rescue. They gave us an estimate within days for the 16 feet of railing up and around to the door. We had plenty of choices of materials, styles, colors, etc. We kept it simple and practical. They had us on the schedule for about 4 weeks to install it. They were prompt and professional in ways. The railing is just too awesome to put into words. They stuck to the estimated $1485. $495 down payment, $990 upon completion."

"Overall it was ok, but there was a continual stream of small annoyances that got progressively more significant. In the end, I did get the fence I wanted, but the process was less then stellar, to say the least. It started with continuing to call my wife after we both told everyone involved, over and over and over, to stop calling her and to call me. Then, I had to wait 2 weeks before even scheduling the install, which wasn't that big of a deal, but I had to cc all kinds of people to get on the schedule because I left repeated messages on the scheduling line. Day of install everything went fine in the morning. Showed up on time and professional. When I got home from work that night, I found clay and mud clumps and rocks and small plastic bags and cardboard pieces spread all over my back yard (like they tried to disperse the earth they dug up for the posts). I even found a big pile of cement remnants in my <em>front </em>yard (remember, this fence was in back). All of this I had to clean up. But, the fence looked ok and it was done, so I just moved on.... about two weeks pass and one day I go beside my garage and find a huge pile of more clay and dirt and rocks that they had obviously dumped there. Then, behind the garage is a pile of grass clippings that are there composting and I noticed a black bucket sticking out. They had tried to bury an empty bucket of quick set concrete. They had actually went all the way behind my garage and tried to bury it and hide it! At that point I got in touch with them. They came out a few days later and cleaned up that mess, but that didn't help me at all with all the work I did myself prior to that, nor the disgusting fact that they did this in the first place."
